Marcia is the founder and CEO of The NewinCo, Inc. (“NewinCo”). She has three decades of management experience with law firms and other professional services organizations. She designs, structures, and establishes professional teams to advance the strategic objectives of clients in the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Building on her longstanding familiarity with legal and other service providers, Marcia works with Cragus clients to identify objectives for transactional requirements and to achieve goals on time and within budget. She further enhances clients’ value by preparing scopes of engagement, negotiating engagement terms and monitoring the professional teams. Access to elite providers is the hallmark of her practice. She oversees her clients' engagement of specialists in law, forensic accounting, investigatory consulting, media and public relations, lobbying, and supporting transactional-related services. With her “inside the beltway” experience and business acumen, Marcia enables clients to focus on their business responsibilities with the knowledge that service provider firms are consistent in the quality of work they deliver. Marcia devotes her efforts to seeing her clients’ milestones achieved and their objectives accomplished. Marcia is based in Washington, DC.
