International tax adviser with over 24 years experience advising both International Organizations, multinational companies and privately held SMEs, from various industry sectors such as FMCG/Retail,Infrastructure, Construction, Automotive,Luxury, IT and Energy sectors on project financing and structuring, domestic and international tax planning, transfer pricing, cross-border M&A transactions, transfer pricing, customs and indirect tax issues.

Formerly, Dominique worked as an international tax manager for Total S.A. an energy major, in charge of Russia, Germany and Eastern European countries, for various leading Big 4 Firms (Arthur Andersen, Deloitte) and top tiers international law firms (Gide Loyrette Nouel, Baker & McKenzie), before heading during 14 years the Tax and Energy Efficiency & Renewables practices at CMS, Russia and being a member of CMS Global Tax Management Team. Over the past years, Dominique set up and managed his own tax and legal practice.

Originally from France, Dominique spent more than 20 years working between France and Russia; he speaks fluently French, English and Russian and has two post-graduate degrees from Lyon III and Bourgogne University in Business Law and International Business Law, and is a member of the French Bar.

Dominique has been regularly recognized over years as a leading tax and energy law adviser in major international league tables and legal directories, such as Legal500, Chambers Europe, Chambers Global and International Tax Review. Dominique is the author of numerous publications and a regular speaker in conferences on international tax issues as well as Energy Efficiency and Renewables matters.

Dominique is a French Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France). He is also a former Member of the Board of directors of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce in Russia and of the Union of Enterprises for Energy Efficiency and Environmental Security.
