Amr has over30 years’ experience providing tax, audit, and corporate advisory services with Big 4 firms in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, as well as having various roles in financial institutions based in Kuwait and UAE. He provides tax services to companies in Egypt, UAE and other GCC countries. Amr provides due diligence services and has experience in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, textile, steel, services, food and beverage and governmental sectors. Amr assists with the planning, design and implementation of the automation of accounting systems. He also provides restructuring and syndication advisory services on behalf of large corporations that includes structuring, review of legal documentation and implementation. Amr has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (US), Certified Islamic Public Accountant and Licensed Chartered Accountant (Egypt). He is a Member of the Association of Tax Technician (UK) and a Member of the Egyptian Society of Taxation. Amr is an accredited Tax Agent in the UAE
